5 years experience working in an oil and gas construction Project environment.
5 years experience working in Document Control Role
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Good knowledge and experience working with EDMS and sharepoint 
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Full MS Office, e-B, Coreworx, Share Point, ACAD/ Microstation Basics

Contracts Documentation maintaining 
Document Number Requests processing
Project Documentation Issue and Distribution
Maintaining of Project Distribution Matrix
Coordination of Various Project EDMS Accesses 
Releasing Redlines for "Ready for Back drafting"
Creating & coordinating various Project weekly reports 
Contractor's Supplier Documentation Workflow - Pre-Award Documentation
Populating NewUpdating Current Supplier Matrix in EDDM
Bulk Export / Import of Project Documentation - Batches loading
