  • Establishes effective implementation of the Project Management Systems (PMS) through the Project Quality Plan and Quality Processes.
  • Advises through Quality monitoring and measurement the implementation of PMS & EPCI Contract Quality Requirements, Leading Coating Quality Surveillance and Quality Control Programs.
  • Develops, Implements and Reports Construction Phase Coating Surveillance Program.
  • Providing continuous support, coordination and advice to the Offshore Project QA/QC Head on Coating issues concerning PMT discipline execution and the oversight of Contractors/Suppliers.
  • Develop necessary Quality Procedures, Plans, Work Instructions and provides quality support and guidance to the PMT.
  • Certified NACE Coating Inspector, Level 3
  • Professional Quality Coatings Engineer with 10 years of QA/QC experience in  Coatings applications during fabrication, construction, installation of Jackets for Offshore Oil & Gas Projects.
  • Demonstratable 10 Years’ Experience leading, facilitating, coordinating and supervising implementation of Coating Quality Control Programs at Major EPCI Fabrication Yards for Jackets representing the Client.
  • More than 10 years’ experience in the development and delivery Coating Prequalification Programs, Coating Quality Surveillance Programs, Coating Testing Programs covering Coating Specifications, Procedures, Materials, Applicators, Abrasives, Coating Equipment, Application, Testing and Acceptance.
  • Demonstratable experience with all Offshore Jackets Coating Systems including Specifications for the Application of Thermal Spray Coatings (Metallizing) of Aluminum, Zinc, and Their Alloys and Composites.
  • Previous experience of 5 years working within a multi-cultural, multi-discipline, multi-location environment preferably within the Middle East Region.
