Technical skills: Knowledge of Upstream O&G Value Chain and Processes Decision Making Tools - Agile, Kanban, Decision Analysis, and Lean Sigma Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English language
Qualifications: Scrum Master, Kanban, Product Owner, PMP, Certified Agile Coach
PC skills: Advanced user of Microsoft Office Excel, Azure Dev Ops, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
Educate and Train
Educates senior leaders, General Managers and the General Director on Agile principles, providing them with tools for implementing the process in their own work. Provides training sessions and teaches valuable skills that lead toward the organization-wide adoption of Agile methodologies. Creates playbooks and designs training material to fit the various use cases.
Mentor Team
As a mentor, the DM Consultant is responsible for guiding medium to large teams into the Agile methodology, providing employees with feedback and means of improvement, catalyzing organizational growth and answering questions. Provides hands-on support to all employees, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth and improvement.
Develop Agile Adoption Strategy
The Agile Consultant is responsible for designing a strategy for the organizational adoption of Agile including Projects, Operations, IT, and other support functions. This includes every stage of adoption, from the introduction of Agile and employee education, to fostering teams and cultures that practice Agile, to sustaining Agile methodologies and continually offering strategies for improvement.
Implement Agile Methodology
Implements Agile process, principles and practices across all levels, functions and departments in an organization. Uses techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation. In order to do this, the Agile Consultant must also embody the Agile principles and lead by example.
Framing & Facilitation
Serves as DA consultant to lead, guide development of, and/ or QC application of high-quality project frames that resonate with and help provide focus for teams. Able to plan and effectively lead facilitation of engagements of high complexity, appropriately adapting variety of tools and processes, engaging all participants, and shaping content for clarity and application to achieve session objectives. Helps others grow their facilitation skills.
Alternative Selection & Decision Quality
Understands additional qualitative methods for gaining decision clarity when objectives are difficult to quantify. Drive MFO insights and communication, clarify the bottoms up structured approach. Drive MFO insights and communication, clarify the bottoms up structured approach. Proactively challenges project teams to identify gaps prior to reviews/ reportings. Serves as influential DA/ DQ coach and “Trusted Advisor” at Asset Team and BU level. Effectively challenges teams and leadership, as needed, to ensure appropriate DQ.
Decision Making Tools
Expert in other decision making tools, able to provide guidance on appropriate tool and framework for each use case. These tools include Agile, Kanban, DA, MFO, CSOC, Lean Sigma and Design Thinking.
Decision Coaching
Expert in Decision Coaching concepts, coaches scrum master, product owner and sponsor on key decisions (includes asking questions to help them think through the tradeoffs when making key decisions). This will require taking the time to develop enough of an understanding of the project, objectives and key drivers
