Contract: SGP/SGI Application Support Specialist / Kazakhstan

Location: Tengiz 28/28

•    Actively participate in all HES programs. 
•    Developing and implementing different digital tools for simplifying routine business.  
•    Rendering analytical and technical support.  Developing monthly reports and metrics using database quality control and check system.   
•    Must know and be capable of using supporting documentation as a guideline, and, also, make necessary changes (positive or constructive).
•    Leadership and mentoring:
o    Performing functions at advanced level in the field of IT for Operations. 
o    Analytics in PTW processes, supporting SGP Ops, Maintenance, and project groups on permitting processes.  
o    Moving PTW database into Power BI.
o    Developing the reports for visualization of PTW database. 
•    Coordination of PTW in accordance with enterprise requirements. 
•    PTW Data input and maintaining it.  
•    Checking PTW for quality fill-out and submission including the documents check. 
•    Checking hazards, risks classification and control measures within PTW and, when necessary, make corrections informing the person submitting. 
•    Responsible for checking, registering, issuing tags/stickers, and developing working folder for temporary containers and buildings. 
•    Developing and monitoring PTW process for opportunities to optimize and standardize the processes interfacing with other working groups (KTL, Field, and FGP)
•    When necessary, make changes in procedures and flowcharts to ensure information is precise. 
•    Readiness for helping other working areas or be ready for flexible schedule:
o    During turnaround
o    Production necessity
Qualification requirements for the position: 
•    Higher technical education (preferably majoring in oil-and-gas industry)
•    Not less than 2 years of experience in the similar position. 
PC knowledge and skills:
•    Working with database: 
 MS Office Applications, SharePoint Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, Microsoft Access, requests optimization, controlling and improving database. 
•    Software: JDE, Ariba, MS Visio, MS Project, SharePoint Designer, Toad for Oracle, Primavera P6.
