To execute the Project / Contract role you will be required to have the following experience and skills: - 
•    Site Tag validation 
•    Prepare and follow the Site Data Queries (SDQ) in case of any discrepancy is found. 
•    Ensure the McPlus database is updated after an SDQ or SC-MOC is approved and confirm if all changes have been applied to certify if the database is ready to be used for a MC Walkdown purpose. 
•    Prepare the MC Walkdown pack to ensure all documentation is available, using agreed boundary drawings 
•    Schedules Final MC Walkdowns in liaison with Construction, Engineering, Operations, System Completion, QC, RA and Construction Contractor, based on sub-system readiness checklist, starting with QVDs status >90%. 
•    Participate in post MC Walkdown meeting to joint review consolidated punch list items and agree on categorization, PL description, etc. Chair the punch item categorization process, for the deficiencies, omissions, additions or deviations found during the walkdown, based on the Walkdown and Punch List procedure 
•    Compile the final MC Walkdown punch list with all items clearly detailed against a tag number where practicable; for area tags, punches will go against sub-system 
•    Transfer the final agreed manual Punch List into a general electronic file.  This file needs to be forwarded to Punch List Coordinator to ensure punch items are input into MCPlus. 
•    Participates in Red Zone meeting. 
•    Prepare the RFSU Walkdown pack to ensure all documentation is available, using agreed boundary drawings 
•    Schedules Final RFSU Walkdowns in liaison with Engineering, Operations, System Completion, RA and Commissioning Contractor, based on sub-system readiness checklist, starting with QVDs status report >90% 
•    Participate in post RFSU Walkdown meeting to joint review consolidated punch list items and agree on categorization, PL description, etc. Participate in the punch item categorization process, for the deficiencies, omissions, additions or deviations found during the walkdown, based on the Walkdown and Punch List procedure 
•    Compile the final RFSU Walkdown punch list with all items clearly detailed against a tag number where practicable; for area tags, punches will go against sub-system 
•    Transfer the final agreed manual Punch List into a general electronic file.  This file needs to be forwarded to Punch List Coordinator to ensure punch items are input into MCPlus. 
•    Attends Blue Zone supporting System Owner 
•    Provide support during PSSRs in liaison with Engineering, Operations, System Completion, RA and Commissioning Contractor, based on sub-system readiness checklist, starting with QVDs status report >90% 
•    Participate in post PSSR meeting to joint review consolidated punch list items and agree on categorization, PL description, etc. Participate the punch item categorization process, for the deficiencies, omissions, additions or deviations found during the PSSR. 
•    Transfer the final agreed PSSR Action List into a general electronic file.  This file needs to be forwarded to Punch List Coordinator to ensure punch items are input into MCPlus. 

HS & E Responsibilities
•    Be familiar with the HSE Operating System, HSE&Q Policies, principles, HSE  
•    Adhere to Personal Responsibility for HSE requirements and local site house rules  
•    Set good personal examples on HS&E issues within your areas of operation and influence, and report all accidents, incidents and near misses to your immediate supervisor 
•    Complete all online HS&E training and awareness modules requested by company
•    Actively promote the HSE principles and HSE  
•    Demonstrate HS&E Leadership in line with company expectations.   
•    Be clear when setting out expectations to the workforce and hold individuals accountable for their HSE performance in line with our rules of fair play and stress the obligation to intervene and interact with one another at all levels
