There are consulting services of the plant operation department and they coordinate the process of preparation of work plans and schedules. Reports to the Operations Planning and Project Liaison Team Leader.
Must know:
Industrial safety management processes and standards, basic technological processes.
Technological processes and equipment of KTL, Energy Resources and External Facilities
P&ID diagrams and drawings, equipment layout plans
Computer General programs for daily use at work: JDE E1, Primavera P6, ERIK, MS Office
Must be able to:
Organization and basic principles of equipment operation at production facilities
Methodology for preparing and conducting presentations of various types
Evaluate your features and combinations of sides
Develop group work plans based on priorities
Identify important information and possible causes of problems.
Make informed decisions based on an assessment of the situation and the presence of traces
Work independently and without assistance
Apply connection to improve/her performance.
Articulate your thoughts clearly and persuasively, both in writing and orally, using arguments, style, and language.
Possess active listening skills
Ability to work in a workload
Be able to clearly and concisely communicate large amounts of information to your colleagues and representatives of other teams.
Be able to receive information about new technologies and design solutions used in production.
Confident use of Primavera software.
Education: Higher professional (technical)
Experience: In a proportional position, at least 5 years
Knowledge of languages: Kazakh, Russian, English
PC knowledge and skills: MS Office, Primavera P6
