Contract: Production Coordinator MOW / Kazakhstan

Location: Tengiz 28/28

Planning and control over the program of the current maintenance of the track on the JV company siding, work to prevent and eliminate the causes of disruption of the railway track to ensure the safety of train traffic.
Monitor the quality of work performed on capital and capital-intensive projects (construction of new railway tracks, turnouts, continuous change of rails and transfer bars, and other capital works), compliance with the technology of work with ensuring the safety of train traffic and safety measures by employees of the contracting organization performing the work .
Takes an active part in the acceptance and commissioning of new tracks, joint ventures, structures and track works of a capital nature in accordance with the Rules for Acceptance of Railway Track Repair Works and other regulatory instructions and orders. In the process of work, check the state of TB, industrial sanitation and fire safety at the workplace.
Must know:
• Rules for the technical operation of railway transport (PTE);
• Instructions for the movement of trains and shunting work on the railway transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (IDP);
• Instructions for signaling in railway transport (ISI);
• The Law “On Railway Transport”, regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding railway transport.
• Planning and organization of works on the railway track.
• Technological processes for the production of track works.
• Determining and evaluating the state of the path.
• Rules for acceptance of work on the repair of the railway track
Have a higher railway education in the specialty Way and track facilities.
At least 5 years of experience in middle management positions in the railway industry
 computer skills at an average user level to work with office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, etc.
Understanding the principles of HSE requirements management and their application in the Company.
Working knowledge and application of relevant standards, procedures and instructions.
Ability to work in a team, leadership qualities.
A driver's license and at least 5 years of driving experience is required.
