Work experience: Not less than 3 years in relevant position (contracts specialist, contracts coordinator, administrator, analyst), experience in procurement, HR, SCM, finance, legal
Language skills: Kazakh, Russian; English – upper intermediate and higher
PC knowledge and skills : Microsoft Office Excel, Word – intermediate and advanced
• Prepares new contracts using agreement template, ensures contracts execution (costs and schedule control – sending reports to contract holders).
• Prepares and complies service orders, service agreements with contractors, construction agreements, etc, and all documents required for contracts approval, contract reviews, contracts status reports and memos to supervisors of all levels.
• Prepares tender documentation (scope of work, terms of payment, etc.) for sending to potential contractors or suppliers.
• Coordinates the entire tender process (bids reception, sending confirmations and explanations to bidders, bids assessment, negotiations and sending tender results to participants).
• Prepares changes to contracts and all documents required for changes to contracts approval, as necessary.
• Participates in contracts negotiation.
• Ensures compliance with the set contracting policy and set procedures of work with contracts.
