Job Requirements & Specifics:
- The Exploration Geologist will primarily focus on coordinating exploration and driving mineral exploration projects by planning field programs to conduct research projects
- Monitor exploration sites across Australia to support sampling, drilling, and rehabilitation activities
- Collect and interpret data to prepare a wide range of maps utilising GIS software
- Utilise relevant software licences to produce maps and 3D images post drill results.
About You:
- A degree or equivalent tertiary qualification(s) in Geology or Geoscience
- Minimum 4-5 years of mineral geology & exploration experience, focusing on rare Earth and minerals projects
- Field experience in conducting a range of exploration activities
- Capable office skillset including knowledge of mapping software packages similar to ArcGIS and Mapinfo
- Relentless drive for simplification and improvement.
