PC knowledge and skills: Knowledge and Skills in PC Confident MS Office User
Functions and Duties:
Be a leader in safety and environmental protection
Promotes systematic management of safety, environmental protection, health, reliability and efficiency to achieve world-class performance in support of Production Optimization Strategy
Support the safety culture of the team
Develops and maintains 6-month look ahead schedule for all transition activities for both RFO and HO milestones, ensures key stakeholders are aware and ready for upcoming deliverables / activities
Tracks and manages key transition items including: (1) CMMS deliverables, (2) Asset Integrity deliverables, (3) Fixed Equipment Reliability deliverables, (4) Materials Transition (operational spares, capital spares, commissioning spares, phase 5 equipment and special tools), (5) resource transitions of staff and agency contractors, (6) training requirements and (7) M&R phase 5/4 contracts.
Excellent Communication and Change Management Skills
Understands and addresses change management challenges
Provides updates to all transition documents
Organizes meetings, reviews and discussions related to the outcome of the organization's safety
Provide weekly, monthly, annual deliverable updates to key stakeholders
Escalates risks to reliability, integrity, budgets, or resources to management
