The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing  personnel, equipment and consumables resources to ensure the project is completed safely, consistently and efficiently.  
Duties include;
Compilation of job specific procedure, risk assessments, and test pack documentation.
Arranging review and approval of the above mentioned documentation.
Overall supervision and safety of all crew members at site.
Ensuring all work activities carried out are in accordance with client approved work procedures, safe working practice, and permit to work systems.
Logistics management including initial mobilisation, final demobilisation, and timely delivery of consumables (liquid nitrogen) to the work site.
Arranging client supplied resources for assistance with system preparation and testing.
Maintaining regular communications with the client representative, safety manager, permit to work office, and other personnel associated with the test program.
 Attending the initial 'kick off' meeting and any subsequent planning, progress reporting, and safety meetings as dictated by the client representative.
Management of job documentation including field tickets, daily operations report, equipment schedule, personnel timesheet, test certification etc.
Controlling 'management of change' issues.
Measure and report on project performance
