Contract: Roster Coordinator / Perth

The client a Global Oil and Gas Operator are currently seeking a Roster Coordinator in Perth CBD based for an initial 6-month contract.

Coordinate the booking and management of FIFO and helicopter Travel arrangements at the organisations Perth office and to provide support to the work packages.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating and uploading all individual passenger details into the system including  addresses, passports, general information and all required certificates.
• Focal point for Offshore Logistics Coordinator regarding personnel travel requirements.
• Managing all Medicals and BOSIETS for all Drilling passengers ensuring certificates are in date for travel.
• Leasing with Facility owned contractor to ensure all appropriate documents  are received.
• Maintaining and ensuring all crew have completed the online drilling inductions prior to travel.
• Liaise daily with Aviation Operations, Offshore Logistics Coordinator and contractors to ensure safe and smooth management of FIFO travel from onshore to offshore facilities
• Entering all Drilling Passengers Fixed wings and helicopter movements into system.
• Domestic Cyclone fixed wing coordination, accommodation, Helicopters, transfers, meal allowances, wake up calls and meeting room bookings as required.
• Monitoring the daily Look ahead and making multiple changes as required to flights, accommodation transfers and standby crew.
• Upload future Helicopters required for Drilling into the systems as well as standard travelled fixed wings
• Producing a daily crew change report with all passengers names, job titles and company’s listed. This includes all north and south passengers travelling.
• Provision of management information reports as required.
• Providing assistance with information on travel warnings if required or requested.
• Monitoring Helicopter delays and adjusting all crew requirements.
• Standby crew changes to flights, accommodation and transfers as required
• Providing Aviation Operations with Drilling Helicopters required for the week ahead.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience in a travel booking role highly desirable
• Ability to work with sub-contractors and internal clients
• Knowledge of factors affecting helicopter operations
• Ability to deal with difficult situations and urgent requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills to coordinate and allocate multiple tasks
• Ability to manage competing priorities
