Contract: Reception Administrator / Kazakhstan

Location: Aktau 5/2

•    Candidate should be proactive, able to work under pressure with overtime schedule, willing to learn many things
•    A few experience on reception positions could be preferred, but not mandatory; desire to learn and grow is a priority
•    Knowledge of MS Office, working with PC 
•    English – Upper-Intermediate level at least, pleach check English fluency

Several job duties as following:
-    mailing (receiving & sending);
-    transport arrangement;
-    taking phone calls;
-    office support and assistance in general reception daily work;
-    any additional tasks requested by manager
