The client is seeking an Operations Service Coordinator for a long-term contract in Fort St. John, BC.

Responsibility:

  • Support transportation programs with scheduling, billing,  and fuel management.
  • Support scheduling of bulk food and hot food deliveries to projects.
  •  Provide logistical support for field (freight, movement of goods & services)
  • Support maintenance, delivery, and distribution of fleet
  • Facilitate recreation program offerings
  • Provide continuity of charge sheet approvals and billing of rooms
  • Manage booking of supplementary open camp rooms as needed
  • Support delivery of a bi-weekly or monthly newsletter
  • Promote wellness activities
  • Manage office supplies and technology
