Bid Coordinator – Commercial Construction – Institutional Builder
  
This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Bid Coordinator to secure their next permanent role. Our client is a well-established commercial construction company located in Melbourne.  They have enjoyed continued growth for the last decade. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Bid Coordinator on a full-time basis to work on new & ongoing tenders submissions.

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Prepare and collate relevant variables and documentation for EOI/Tender submissions
• Draft general content for EOI/Tender submission
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for content approval
• Provide ongoing support for final EOI/Tender submission
• Maintain an ongoing and accurate database of bid registers
• General administration

Experience/Skills required:

• Degree in Commerce (Marketing)
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Bid Coordinator/Submissions Coordinator/Content Writer for a Commercial Builder, Architect or Consultancy
• Experience successfully submitting high quality tender bids
• Proficiency with InDesign
• Strong verbal and written skills
