Position Overview:
Need a Recruiting Manager to join our talented HR team. This role will oversee a team of recruiters and full cycle recruiting efforts for the entire company and report to the Director of Human Resources. As an experienced, dynamic, and self-driven people leader you’ll be expected to balance your own open job requisitions along with directing, coaching, and supporting a busy recruiting team. As the Recruiting Manager you’ll be responsible for maintaining, implementing and evolving recruiting strategies and processes including but not limited to; workforce planning, full-cycle recruiting and pipelining plans, market trends, KPIs and recruiting metrics, operational processes, systems and tools, and candidate experience and hiring quality. You’ll also be working closely with the HR Business Partners and Compensation Team to align on role benchmarking, candidate job profiles, headcount, and building a pipeline of talent for both current and future openings.

Responsibilities:
- Manage, lead, motivate and develop the recruiting team to achieve company goals and deliver high quality service to key stakeholders and candidates
- Partner with individual Business Units to understand growth objectives and talent forecasts
- Operate as a strategic partner with HR leadership establishing a comprehensive, measurable industry recruiting strategy tied to overall company inclusive hiring goals
- Create, implement, and track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results
- Responsible for managing and maintaining data integrity with ATS, dashboards, and HRIS
- Ensure compliance of recruiting standards, policies and practices for team members including EEO, OFCCP, job postings, etc.
- Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies
- Drive and amplify diversity recruiting strategies and methodologies
- Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support business decisions
- Budget accountability for recruitment spend including driving efficiencies/cost reduction and ensuring effective ROI of recruitment dollars
- Focal point for managing all 3rd party recruitment vendors, their contracts and performance levels (HireRight, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Broadbean, SHL, etc.)
- Provide advice to hiring managers on recruiting, interviewing, and improving their brand
- Lead candidate debriefs with interviewers and business partners, voicing opinions and influencing offer decisions to secure top talent
- Cultivate a positive candidate experience from application to on-boarding, including timely communications
Basic Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required
- 2+ years prior experience as a leader of teams; recruiting management experience preferred
- 8+ years prior recruiting experience as a recruiter, sourcer, recruiting coordinator or recruitment consultant
- Experience in sourcing, screening and interviewing job applicants
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and their impact on recruiting
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
- Experience working with multiple Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Databases
- Robust social media and professional networks for candidate sourcing purposes
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong time management, prioritization, and delegation skills
- Experience working with and managing 3rd party vendors including relocation, background check and drug testing, and agency partnerships
- Proven self-starter who can quickly ramp up and build relationships with leadership and hiring managers
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done in tandem with participating in complex strategy discussions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Experience with Workday Recruiting
- Prior use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights
- Experience in Oil & Gas industry
- Director and Executive level candidate search experience
- Experience supporting and/or leading DE&I recruiting initiatives and University recruiting programs
- Change management and/or project management experience
