Location: Atyrau 5/2

Shall be educated to degree level in a technical discipline. Must be a strong communicator, fluent in both English and Russian languages, with ability to use tact and garner support from all stakeholders. Previous experience on major oil and gas projects with a good understanding of Regulatory Affairs is preferable. Must be willing to learn and adapt to situations, showing flexibility and fixity as required. Experience in working with equipment passports, certification and construction execution documentation an advantage. Shall have strong organizational and management skills. Advanced excel / PowerBI skills is preferable
