Contract: Records Management Technician / Canada

The valued client is looking for a Record Management Technician for a 6-month contract in Calgary, AB.  The schedule for the position is Monday through Fridays.

This role is dealing with corporate and facility records. They will need to go through the records, check their index, do mapping, disposition processes, manage, and organize everything.

Responsibilities:

• Experience with record management/information management in Oil and Gas, Legal, Land, or Regulatory environments
• Experience with managing and organizing work in addition to working with various stakeholders
• Experience with writing procedures is an asset
• Experience working with offsite storage and implementation of record management plans that would be preferred
• Software experience with SharePoint and Onbase would be an asset
