Contract: Contract Engineer / France

TASKS TO BE PERFORMED

Prepare, launch and manage market enquiry on contractors (FPSO) market including:

? Manage in and out correspondences with potential contractors

? Collect, analyses and summarize contractors' answers with the support of Project Manager, Technical entities, Category Manager and HQ C&P entities

Prepare and negotiate engineering contracts for auxiliary studies with the support of Category Manager and HQ C&P entities o Prepare, launch and manage a compensated call for tender, including:

? Prepare documentation required for the CCFT: instruction to tenders, compensated engineering contract, specimen contracts (EPC, Lease & Operate …) and collect technical data from relevant technical entities

? Manage in and out correspondences with potential contractors

? Support engineering contracts execution and management under the direction of the Project Manager (cost control, change management, correspondences, claim …)

? Support the technical entities in the technical clarification phase and in the preparation of the technical bid's evaluation

? Perform commercial clarification phase and the commercial evaluation with the support of Project Manager, Category Manager and HQ C&P entities

Participate to relevant meetings with contractors

TIME FRAME AND LOCATION

-Starting on 28th of June 2021 -1 year duration

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

o Contract Engineer with 10+ year experience in similar role and an experience in compensated call for tender's management

o Dynamic, organized and rigorous in document management

o Fluent English o Based in Paris
