The client is working with a leading independent electricity producer who acquire and operate solar and wind parks all over Europe. They are seeking to hire a commercial analyst / asset manager to be based in Hamburg (remote in the first instance) to have a focus on the companies existing renewable portfolio in Italy.

Your responsibilities:

  • Asset and investment management (predominantly Italian investments) of the existing renewable portfolio.
  • Operational responsibility (project planning, control and monitoring including deviation analysis ((if necessary, comments)
  • Liquidity and dividend planning
  • Financial statements - Examination of annual and interim
  • Interface to external project parties (financing banks, insurance companies for the purpose of risk management)
  • Processing of raw data and creation of any technical and commercial reports
  • Support in the implementation of standardization and optimization measures

Your Profile:

  • University or technical college degree in economics or engineering.
  • Very good knowledge of Italian, good knowledge of German and English (French and / or Spanish are a plus).
  • In-depth experience in operational management and in the commercial management of projects / assets, ideally in the field of renewable energies.
  • Experience with database structures and queries.
  • Very good knowledge in dealing with the MS Office package (especially Excel and SharePoint).
  • Understanding of the energy market
  • Database Management and structuring
  • Analytical skills and understanding of complex relationships paired with an understanding of modern controlling processes.
  • Operational readiness.
  • Confidence in dealing with various stakeholders.
