Senior Project Engineer - Offshore

The client is currently looking for a Senior Project Engineer for a Major Operator. The role is an annual renewable contract position based in Kuala Lumper

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Knowledge of oil and gas industry both onshore and offshore
Must have extensive knowledge of offshore project management, budget control, schedule control and quality control management.
Familiar with international codes and standards related to offshore engineering commonly accepted in the oil and gas industry including to related local regulations for offshore design and construction.
Must have a good understanding of facilities design and production operations including a broad range of expertise on conceptual, development and production operations of offshore constructions.
Good verbal communication, coordination and organizing skills with ability to work with minimal supervision and liaise effectively and efficiently with other team members within / outside Department.
Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills and integrity
Stakeholder Management skills - Proven ability to build strong working relationship with internal and external parties
Minimum of 15 years' experience in Offshore Oil&Gas with minimum 10 years' experience in Project management role with proven track record in FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPCIC, projects management & execution.
Experiences in FEED/ EPCIC and Offshore pipeline in the similar scale
Experiences in unmanned processing platform design are preferable
Experiences as Company Site Representative and/or field engineer during Offshore construction for major project are preferable
Experiences in project management with scope of shore approach pipeline are advantage.
Experiences in CFT development and Tendering execution of Offshore facilities are advantage
Experiences in project with high H2S content are advantage
