Description

• Responsible and point of contact regarding preparation, advice, approval and follow-up of Pecan PDO, FID, further exploration and other running and principal matters governed by JOA, Petroleum Agreement and the petroleum regulatory framework

Main responsibilities

• PDO legal and strategic input and review as well as regarding FID and further activities

Requirements

• PDO legal and strategic input and review

o Advice, draft and review the PDO and related documents for regulatory compliance

o Plan and prepare meetings with partners and government entities on PDO issues and FID

o Support in prep of Addendums to PDO (Beech, Pecan North, Almond) and framework and applications for Further Exploration in DPA

o Agreements, permits, approvals etc. in Pecan Development Phase and preparation of Production Phase

o Support and advice on further petroleum activities (additional exploration) and how to make a the system in PA and the new regulations work together
