For Qatar on a residential basis we are looking for a Front End Pipeline Engineering Specialist (Subsurface Development Planning).
Long term contract.
To pepare and develop key activities for the early engineering phases to support all aspects of pipelines engineering, including development of scope of work for various major upstream projects, development and articulation of a technical and execution basis, concept selection and design of best option for each project and develop an optimal pipeline development for the suite of major projects executed by client. Lead pipeline engineering related studies to develop or sustain business opportunities
Self-motivated and able to work in a defined role and make decisions with minimal supervision. · Ability to comprehend complex issues quickly and work them to completion within project time constraints, with minimal guidance. · Comfortable working in an environment of high technical and execution uncertainty while maintaining a "fit for purpose" approach to evaluation. · Good written and oral English language skills with the ability to adapt to a multinational environment and supervise without authority. · Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications.
