The client, a successful engineering manufacturing business has requirements for Production Operators. These roles initially contract with a view to direct hire.

Working in a fast-paced production environment, candidates will demonstrate good work ethic, strong attention to detail, ability to work as part of a team and manual handling skills.

The role involves general production work, line assembly and furnace tube construction. Working to strict time frames and within a team environment. Working to strict health and safety regulations.

Training rates (pre-12)

All shifts - £9.00 per hour all hours + £1.09 per hour holiday pay

All shifts - Overtime 1 - £13.50 per hour + £1.63 per hour holiday pay

All shifts - Overtime 2 - £18.00 per hour + £2.17 per hour holiday pay

Post 12 rates

Dayshift - £9.83 per hour + £1.48 per hour holiday pay

Continental - £12.28 per hour + £1.85 per hour holiday pay

58p per hour attendance allowance

£14.74 per hour + £2.22 per hour holiday pay

£19.66 per hour +£2.96 per hour holiday pay
