Rotating Equipment Engineer

On behalf of a Super-Major Oil & Gas operator, the client is looking for a Rotating Equipment Engineer to work In Saudi Arabia on a permanent basis. This will be a residential role, offering a competitive salary including full relocation package and numerous other benefits.

The role is working on a mega project gas plant under construction to expand Master Gas System to cater for rising energy demands, processing 2.5 BCFD gas from the onshore and offshore gas fields.

Job Duties

• Coordinate maintenance programs with user units to determine relative priorities and on-time completion of work in critical operating facilities with available work force
• Assign maintenance manpower within to meet daily changes in operating requirements and priorities
• Recommend special work schedules, overtime or contractor participation to meet unusual or emergencies

Ideal candidate will have

• Minimum 10 years' experience in Rotating Equipment maintenance (centrifugal gas compressors, air compressors, steam turbines, dry gas seal, mechanical seals, power gas turbine units, various types of pumps, fans motors)
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Working knowledge in advanced machinery vibration analysis, reliability centred maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
