Temp Payroll Administrator / Scotland

The client are in the search for an experienced payroll administrator to join the team on a contract basis which could potentially lead to a longer term opportunity if all goes well.

What is involved:

• Work alongside the HR team in the running of the payroll
• Updating payroll records to fall in line with current guidelines
• Operate a run a montly payroll
• Daily activities on MS excel (Pivots, Vlookups)
• Respond to any queries from staff regarding pay
• Ad hoc tasks when required

Expeirence required:

• At least 4 years experience in a similar role
• Good systems experience
• Must be strong at microsoft excel
• Used to dealing with large run payroll
• Up to date knowledge of payroll procedure, tax and NI legislation
• Self motivated
• Must be able to get to office, car park is available
• Must be immediately available for start
