Assistant Director - Product / Singapore

The client are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of Legal software products based in Singapore for a Product Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

In conjunction with your fellow team members, you will be responsible for conducting customer research, defining product requirements with customers and proposition teams. You will work directly with customers, technology and user experience partners to deliver on those requirements and partner with the engineering, sales, marketing and proposition teams on the go to market of the product.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complete product life cycle including customer research, market requirements, product release plans, user story and success criteria Contribute to the definition of the product roadmap, product design and new product ideas
• Ensure product releases are delivered with passion, pace and predictability
• Be a co- owner of the product roadmap and present product enhancement plans to global internal stakeholders in a professional and passionate way
• Be a champion for agility and pace by ensuring the product development process for this product is aligned to the new ways of working within the organization

?Requirements:

• We are keen to speak to individuals with strong analytic skills, including the ability to interpret customer & segment lead need into application and operational requirements.
• You must also have a good project management background, and relevant work experience delivering results in complex enterprise software.
• 2 + years hands-on systems engineering experience, preferably in AWS / GCP / Azure.
• Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Knowledge of Legal Tech or passion in the industry would be an advantage
