Good knowledge of ROK HR administration processes.
Should have 1+ years of HR experience.
Working experience on remote sites (mining, oil companies) preferred.
Accurate and highly organized person, the job incumbent should possess good administration skills.
Accuracy in working with personal and confidential information. Able to work with large amount of data.
Russian and Kazakh - excellent, English - advanced level.
Well- developed computer skills: Microsoft Office package and western HR management systems (preferred).
Strong working knowledge of 1C database (8.2).
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Able to withstand stress.

Excellent interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work overtime when needed
