The Role:
Good level of general education of at least secondary grades, with an ability to communicate in English,
At least 1 year experience in an office or similar environment dealing with people, effective verbal and listening communications skills
Skills as a team player with open & direct communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service focus with an awareness of your impact on the customer experience
Strong communication skills in person and on the telephone - with customers, managers & team
Strong ability with Microsoft Office - WORD & EXCEL particularly
Able to work in a team, but also on own initiative.
Flexible, committed and punctual
Able to stay calm and friendly under pressure in a busy environment.
Ability to present an efficient and amicable corporate image when dealing with visitors
Ability to take a responsible attitude towards own work environment
Familiarity with general office admin and security procedures
