PLANT MANAGER - TBM

ewi are recruiting on behalf of a major international contractor who are seeking a Plant Manager who is a specialist in tunnelling (TBM) and heavy mechanical machinery.

Opportunity

Being a part of this project is an excellent opportunity to oversee and manage all machinery on a major project. The client has completed many award winning iconic projects. As a business they employ over 70,000 staff and have a global portfolio of projects including Tunnels, Highways and Railway.

Project

The candidate must be from a mechanical background with at least 10 years hands on experience. This experience must include work on TBM's and an array of lifting gear and general heavy machinery. The candidate will be responsible for managing all plant works and relative budget.

The candidate will initially be based on site in Seattle.

Requirements

For this role the client have a minimum requirement of:

-At least ten years hands on experience in managing tunnelling and lifting machinery.

-Hold a degree in mechanical or Civil engineering

-Have contracting background

-Excellent communication skills

-Fluent in English
