Site HSE Manager- Chemicals- Northamptonshire- £65-80K + Comprehensive benefits
A privately owned and rapidly growing chemical business, is currently looking to identify a Site HSE Manager, for their COMAH regulated chemical manufacturing facility in Northamptonshire.
Sitting as part of the UK Leadership team, this is a position of significant responsibility within the business, tasked in directly managing the site HSE department, while responsible for providing functional support in line with business and legislative requirements on a COMAH site.
In this all-encompassing role, you will be spearheading improvements across the functions with particular focus on the health and safety culture across the site, while working with the central functions to develop and implement the site occupational and process safety plan, in line with Group Standards.
As such, you will be a passionate and experienced HSE Manager, with comprehensive experience operating in a similar leadership role, on a COMAH regulated manufacturing facility, while as a natural leader, able to influence and build strong relationships, to effectively engage key stakeholders in developing performance.

About You
- Proven experience in HSE management of a chemical operation (COMAH)
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar
- Relevant NEBOSH Qualification
- Significant experience of Process Safety Management for a COMAH site.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of applicable HSE regulations and their practical implementation
- Passionate about Health & Safety and driving improved standards
- IMS experience for ISO9001, 14001 & 18001
