The client is a high performing construction sub-contractor and they are on the hunt for an Operations Coordinator to help manage the increasing workload within their operations team. This client has built a foundation of success based on hard work and are looking for someone who reflects this grit and drive.

They describe this role as being the hub of the company, ensuring it runs like a well-oiled machine. The key for this role is to have a hand in all aspects of the business so expect a new challenge each day with the ability to juggle responsibilities and adapt being critical.
Key responsibilities:

• Job scheduling, taking enquiries & completing quotes
• Maintaining HSE & HR records
• Onboarding new personnel and managing staff training/competency records
• Assist with Payroll and Receivables
• Contribute to the overall company culture by setting an example and taking part in key management decisions

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity, can operate in a fast-paced environment and can step up in a challenging role. A keen interest in the construction industry is a must with the long-term ambition to move up towards Operations Management preferred.
