Contract: Maintenance Scheduler / Australia

Immediate requirement for a Maintenance Scheduler at a Global Mining operator in Wollongong NSW. Initial 3 month contract with ongoing opportunities

Accountabilities

Performing their role within the Mine Operating System including:

• Matching and scheduling resources and materials to work orders in SAP which have been generated by the Coordinators Maintenance for area of assigned responsibility
• Consolidating the Weekly Area Maintenance Plans in to one approved Weekly Maintenance Schedule under the direction of the Superintendent before (in draft) and after the Weekly Maintenance Planner Meetings
• Printing, packing, and delivering paper copies of work orders to individual portals; leveraging the Officer Maintenance Support for additional support in these tasks where required
• Providing information to the Engineering and Projects organisations from SAP on behalf of Maintenance to support RCAs and other engineering activities
• Supporting the execution of changes and updates to work orders and/or asset management plans in SAP by raising areas of improvement / omissions / review to the relevant reliability engineer and updating of minor changes in SAP
