Estimator – Tier 2 National Contractor – Commercial Construction

This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Estimator to secure their next permanent role. The client is a well-established commercial construction company located in Melbourne. They have enjoyed continued growth for the past 40 years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Estimator to oversee day-to-day operations on a full time basis on new & ongoing tenders.

Reporting to a highly accomplished Estimating Manager, you will be engaged on a variety of commercial construction projects. To be considered here, you must have at least 5 years’ experience as an Estimator within a commercial construction company. We are seeking a team player who is looking to grow their career. Previous and proven experience tendering on commercial construction projects up to $50m is essential, as well as having a strong understanding of the impact of construction methods on costs.
