Duration:Contract - 12 months

The Role:
The Fabric Maintenance and Access Team Lead (FMTL) is part of the Asset Maintenance team and reports to the onshore Maintenance Campaign Co-Ordinator. The FMTL is accountable for implementing the Fabric Maintenance Strategy, inclusive of management, planning and delivery of Fabric Maintenance (FM) scopes involving large paint works, integrity spot painting, passive fireproofing, Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) and wind wall / sheeting repairs and replacement, and associated access facilities. The FMTL will be responsible for the co-ordination of the offshore fabric maintenance contractor on behalf of the client, inclusive of monitoring performance and driving improvement.


Overall accountability for Fabric Maintenance activities inclusive of planning, scheduling, execution, quality and close-out on behalf of Company
Indirect management of Fabric Maintenance contract staff
Status reporting on facility condition
Prioritization of scope
Monitoring of KPIs
Stakeholder management/interfacing
Liaising with Company C&P staff on Contractor requirements and performance
Liaising with Company Engineering staff on technical matters including approvals for new products and deviations to requirements
Development of Fabric Maintenance Plans in SAP
Management of Fabric Maintenance Database or Register
Review and approval of scope and work packs
Review and approval of quality records
Assessment/research of new coating and access technology
Coating system selection and specification
Facilitation of product approval on facility
Managing campaign maintenance support and resources regarding coating and insulation

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
NACE CIP L2 or equivalent qualification (Or previously recognized if expired)
Minimum 10 years relevant oil and gas industry experience in coatings and fabric maintenance
Experience with offshore fabric maintenance is preferred
