Function description
• Have good knowledge/understanding of Laboratory techniques for testing drilling fluids.
• Have experience in supporting respective drilling fluids operations.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be competent in the use of drilling fluids hydraulics modelling, hydrate curve generation, brine equivalent static density and fluids reporting software.
• Be willing to work and communicate with the all COMPANY Wells Team to ensure a Safe and Successful Drilling Program.
• Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
• Minimum a bachelor degree in Engineering. Preference given if Petroleum engineering• Have at least 5 years of technical and operational experience in the required discipline in drilling engineering and have experience in such as designing various mud and cementing systems, knowledge of mud and cement products, drilling fluid and cementing technologies, etc.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferably to have BOSIET and IWCF level 4 certification.
