Contract: Environmental Advisor / Australia

The client is partnering with a well-known organisation that is leading in oil and gas industry.  This business is very well managed, regularly exceeds standards and is pleased to be called an employer of choice.  We are looking for an Environmental Advisor for a gas field project in chinchilla. 

• You will support the development and implementation of the asset audit and assurance process for environmental compliance.
• You are will ensure regulatory compliance and positive environmental outcomes are achieved by implementing and driving the environmental management system through systematic, prioritised and evidence-based assurance.
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our the businesses certified Environmental Management System so that it effectively supports the teams you work with throughout the businesses entire asset lifecycle.
• Development and or review of processes/procedures
• Provide technical review and consistent advice on the business environmental conditions and raise awareness of significant environmental risks.
• Responsible corporate citizen pursuing the goals of protecting the environment; and most efficient and cost-effective use of materials and energy

Skills & Experience:

• 5 + years experience as an Environmental Advisor
• ISO 14001
• Previous experience in energy, rescources, projects/operations
