Contract: Project Coordinator / Australia

We are looking for a Project Co-coordinator/Technical Assistant on a 15/13 roster.

 

Duties:

• Looking after land access requests – raising, tracking, monitoring and any amendments that are required.
• Track project completion
• Communicate regular with Land Access team
• Maintain various registered and calibration dates: Gas detectors, tetra

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a similar position is essential. 

• Maximo:
  • raising and close out of Work Orders .
  • Approve materials requests against various work orders.
  • Update work order MOC
• eB Experience
  • Monitor for any document uploads
  • Permitts
  • Assist site engineers as required
• eVision experience
