Senior Site Manager – Commercial Construction – Heritage Building

This role represents a great opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to secure their next permanent role. The client is a well-established commercial construction company located in Melbourne. They have enjoyed continued growth for the past 50 years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for a Senior Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on a full time basis on a new Heritage Building project.

Reporting to a highly accomplished Construction Manager, you will be engaged on a Heritage Refurbishment project as well as future projects across Education, Commercial and Community sectors. To be considered here, you must have at least 10 years’ experience as a Site Manager within a commercial construction company here in Melbourne. We are seeking a technically proficient manager who can hit the ground running. Previous and proven experience managing commercial education sites is essential, so too is a strong skill set in project programming.
