Job Role / Responsibilities
Acting as the highways superintendent you will be required to supervise superintendents assigned to area of responsibility and provide liaison between field engineering, estimating, and crafts to ensure compliance of construction with drawings and specifications. Plans, directs and supervises workers engaged in heavy highway or civil construction. Activities include planning, organizing, directing and controlling methods of construction, manpower levels, material quantities equipment, work schedule and reviewing documentations. Promotes and enforces craft and subcontractors compliance with project safety program requirements document and ensure corrective measures are implemented

Requirements
For this role the client require a minimum of a technical qualification or bachelors degree. Extensive knowledge and expertise in roadway and heavy civil construction projects. Working rights in the US is essential for this role.

Salary Package
The salary package is between $120,000 - $150,000 dollar plus a comprehensive compensation package and paid time off program, 401k, Medical Health Care, Dental, Vison and/or Provincial Medical, Wellness benefits & Employee Assistance Program and Tuition Reimbursement Program
