Contract: Senior Advisor - Ariba Specialist / Canada

The client, a large Oil and Gas operator, is currently seeking Senior Advisor – Ariba Specialist for a contract role in Calgary.

MUST HAVES
- Strong knowlede of Ariba and SAP
- Source to Pay knowledge, both Supply Chain Theory and Systematic execution in Ariba
- Minimum high level Knowledge of Ariba Modules (SRM/SLP, Sourcing, Contracts, Ariba Buying, Ariba Invoicing, Guided Buying)
- Analytic and troubleshooting of business process within SAP Ariba System (Source to Invoice)
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC/S4 will be largely beneficial
- Able to speak to and execute buy channels within Ariba and integrated ERP’s

1. 1. Invoice Against Contract
   2. Release Purchase Orders
   3. Ariba Service Procurement

- Understanding of Ariba Invoicing (supplier and Buyer side) would be an asset
- CIF & Punchout Catalog knowledge

NICE TO  HAVES
- Project Manage Major Supply Chain initiatives and/or support cross functionally
- Change management experience
- Oil and Gas, Industrial , Mining or Pharmaceutical experience
