Contract Administrator – Commercial Construction (Fit-out)
This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to secure their next permanent role. The client is a well- established commercial fit out company located in Sydney. They have enjoyed continued growth for the past two decades. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Contract Administrator on a full time basis to work on new & ongoing projects.
Reporting to a highly accomplished Project Manager, you will be engaged on a variety of projects in sectors such as Hospitality, Healthcare, Commercial Office, Retail, Education and Public Works. To be considered here, you must have at least 3 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within a commercial fit-out company. We are seeking a team player who is looking to grow their career. Previous and proven experience completing projects up to $15M is essential, as well as a willingness to fit into a strong team culture. A relevant tertiary qualification would also be preferential.
