The Role:
Roles and Responsibilities
* iPad Tracking
o Support I&L in coordination with Engineer and/or Field Administrator/Clerk regarding iPad distribution
o Manage iPad spare inventory and administer devices when required spare iPad inventory
o Keep accurate iPad tracking on 4D Field Log and be responsible for Contractor returns
o Consolidate Contractor iPad inventory and report back accurate count to I&L

* Technical Issues - iPad / Devices
o Assist Field Staff with iPad set-up and trouble shoot
o Provide iPad and application user onboarding
o Assist I&L with reports, typically with iPad or GoFormz & Epilogue applications
o Assist Field Staff with password resetting or access
o Help resolve GoFormz syncing errors
o Assist Field Staff with navigation for ArcGis and Box
* Technical issues - Application
o Resolve and repair minor issues, for example if dialogue boxes are unable to submit alfa/symbols.
o Submit and record Contractor Help Desk tickets, include follow up and close out
o Coordinate with Contractor Help Desk to communicate resolution on issue
* 4D Enhancements - GoFormz
o Solicit enhancements from Inspectors on behalf of I&L for recommendation from users, provide input and conduct initial review
o Update Enhancement log with recommendation and continued updating
o Notify CCE and I&L of new Enhancement being proposed by Field Staff through weekly 4D meeting with CCE and I&L and email notification
o Provide communication to Work Packages on the revised changes and schedule
* Onsite support
o Visit various sites on defined schedule for value added face-to-face interaction with inspectors and field staff
o Attend inspector morning meeting, in person or on conference, to address any issues the inspectors are experiencing
o Once schedule is determined, book 1 on 1 meetings with various inspector during time at site
o Delete and track photos removed from Epilogue
* Monitor submitted GoFormz
o Monitor and review data for correctness of inspector information input on forms, flag errors and mistakes, and track for follow up training and communication. Complete within 24 hours from of GoFormz submission.
o Recommend and provide follow up training for inspectors when errors and mistakes are identified
o As approved by Construction Management, correct any anomalies / errors in GoFormz to proceed in Epilogue approval process
o Communicate and provide feedback to inspectors and field staff on completed edits / changes
* Training
o Plan training requirement for each Work Package from Implementation forecast
o Conduct group and in-person training when CCE and I&L is unable to administer
o Provide refresher as request or recommended to inspectors and field staff
o Provide feedback to CCE and I&L on training recommendations to adjust training template for future sessions
* Site Travel
o Travel between various sites with prior permission.

1. Telecommunications

Roles and Responsibilities
* Mobilization Moves and De-Mobilization
o Assist Infrastructure and Logistics representative in planning and confirming offices and dorm plan prior to install
o Visit site with Contractor prior to install as representative
o Provide assistance in planning and procedure completion
o Meeting Telecom contactor onsite

* Report
o Work with Contractor to complete and present utilization service report
o Ensure site schedules are complete, accurate and posted

o Meet with Prime contacts on performance and issues
o Work with Contractor on NOC issues and resolutions
o Sign off on telecom install
o Meet with onsite representative on status and service level quality review
* Communication
o Site onboarding and tips and tricks are at all sites
o Assist with outage information and communication
* Contract
o Assist with Change Orders development

* Degree in Engineering.
* 2 to 4 years of experience in IT, construction and or projects.
* Proficient in Microsoft's Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other products.
