Contracts Manager – Tier 2 National Contractor – Commercial Construction

This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to secure their next permanent role. The client is a well-established commercial construction company located in Adelaide. They have enjoyed continued growth for the past 30 years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on a full time basis on new & ongoing projects.

Reporting to a highly accomplished Commercial Manager, you will be engaged on a variety of Commercial and Institutional projects. To be considered here, you must have at least 10 years’ experience in Contract Administration within a commercial construction company. We are seeking a team player who is looking to grow their career. Previous and proven experience managing commercial construction contracts up to $150m is essential, as well as having experience completing Education and Health projects.
