Senior Finance Manager – Home Care – Aged Care/Retirement

This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to secure their next permanent role. The client is a well-established Non-profit Organisation located in Melbourne. They have enjoyed continued growth for the past 10 years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join their team on a full time basis.

Reporting to a highly accomplished CFO, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality and financially sustainable services for the home care division. To be considered here, you must have a minimum 10 years’ experience within a similar role. We are seeking a team player who is looking to grow their career. Previous and proven experience in dealing with internal and external Stakeholders is essential, as well as possessing successful experience in budget management.
