The Role:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful Project Engineering Manager will have a diverse portfolio of responsibilities. These include:
The successful Project Engineering Manager will be experienced in the challenges of working in a Pharmaceutical business. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate;

The Role:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful Project Engineering Manager will have a diverse portfolio of responsibilities. These include:
- Responsibility for project management of engineering plans and projects – from initial scope and outline through to approval
- Ensuring all projects comply with 3rd Party Manufacturing requirements, including EHS and GMP
- Improving site efficiency through design and implementation of new projects and process change
- Controlling Engineering Budgets with a value of up-to £3m
- Control and management of Engineering Systems across a busy manufacturing site – including Layout Drawings, Seals Drawings and Component Specifications
The successful Project Engineering Manager will be experienced in the challenges of working in a Pharmaceutical business. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate;
- Previous experience of operating to pharmaceutical quality standards is essential
- A track-record of success in delivering and driving project change is essential
- Ideally, you will be a chartered Engineer, or will be working to Chartered status
- An ability to lead and develop Project Management teams is essential
