Scope of work: (High Volume of Transactions) Collections managers oversee the credit and collections activities of an organization. They manage the collection of outstanding invoices while enforcing company policy. Managers also lead a team of staff members to ensure the collections department is efficient.

Plan, organize and manage collection team to collect customer's payment at the lowest Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) and % Long Term Outstanding (LTO).
Develop strategies to collection team in order to manager DSO and %LTO as plan.
Develop or revise incentive plan for Collection Team appropriately to leverage best performance.
Review performance of Specialist personnel and follow up.
Manage law firm to execute LTO Legal action.
Investigate and timely response on any customer complaint.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance.
5 years experience in large transaction of collection (High Volume of Transactions/ Month)
Computer literacy i.e. MS Office.
Expert in Excel spreadsheet particularly in formulas.
Extroverted, pragmatic and result-oriented personality
Problem solver, creative, and high attention to details
Focused and can work under pressure
Good Command in English and Thai
