Senior Purchasing Officer / Saudi Arabia

Supports the smooth running of the purchasing department, exerting diligent financial process control in accordance with company and business procedures
Managing daily purchasing activities based on requirement from various departments.
Market research for finding capable suppliers, getting quotation from suppliers for products approved by various departments.
Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation; Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.
Develop a supply and production plan to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Business Administration.
? 5+ years of relevant experience; Minimum 2 years' experience in Procurement and Supply Chain.
? Professional in using MS software especially (Excel, Power Point, and Word).
? Strong negotiation and communication skills.
