Process Engineer for FPSO / Mexico

Function description

Provide process technical assistance for track and record of process plant. Determine and revise operations procedures to meet process plant performance specifications. Guarantee safe and efficient performance of the process plant, assisting Management with information and reports as required. To comply with MODEC health, safety and environmental policy.

Track and record the daily production of oil, natural gas and water as well all chemicals and fuels consumptions;

Assessment of the daily performance of metering system;

Provide troubleshoot of the eventual process plant performance as well as implement root cause analysis study when required;

Track and record ANP and IBAMA requirements. Implement new controls and establish necessary procedures to meet regulatory items;

Keep tracking of HSE studies of the plant (HAZOP, HAZID, Gas dispersion, FRA, etc). As well as provide specific studies for non-usual procedures to determine risks and take necessary precautions to mitigate and / or eliminate them;

Evaluate and carry out the chemical analysis report and define limits of acceptance of the reports based on specifications and regulations;
