Electrical Technician for FPSO at Mexican waters / Mexico

Function description

• Ensure the effective and secure operation of emergency equipment, instruments and systems. Manage and maintain the records of the Elements Safety Critical (SCEs);

• Responsible for the performance and recording planned and emergency maintenance activities as designated by the Supervisor, in accordance with the appropriate work instructions;

• Carry identification of faults and diagnose problems affecting the systems, taking preventive and predictive measures to anticipate and avoid unavailability of equipment and systems, performing failure analysis reports (RCAs);

• Perform inventory control equipment / instruments and spare parts, especially the strategic and relevant spare for safety and production. Ensure the rational and economical use of consumables, equipment / instruments and spare parts;

• Implement the routines AMOS work order and report the return of service in all service orders for traceability and adequate history of interventions in equipment and systems, upgrading the consumption of consumables and spare parts for the Electrical Supervisor (RPE )

• Assist the Electrical Supervisor to identify maintenance priorities in order to minimize the unavailability of failures of equipment and systems; Develop the Task Risk Assessment documents and participate in Security meeting in Activity Location (Toolbox Talk), reviewing the documents regularly when necessary;

• Have a good knowledge of electrical equipment and inspection routines and maintenance of equipment and electric undiade system; Have a good knowledge of dangerous areas and hazardous areas (explosive atmosphere);
